Our kitchen uses produce grown at our historic greenhouse to prepare a wide range of American and international cuisine for corporate catering and office delivery, Monday through Friday.
Our historic greenhouse provides locally grown flats, annuals, herbs, hanging baskets, and veggie starters to add flair and flavor to your garden! Visitors are always welcome to the Greenhouse located at 189 Wheatley Road, Brookville, NY 11545. Our hours are Tuesday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM through October.

A frost-tender herbaceous annual to 1/2-1′ tall, mounding with clusters of fluffy, aster-like flowers that should be planted with 10-12 “ of space. This plant is moderately drought tolerant but prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil as well as full sun. It is good for beds and containers, blooming from spring to frost.
